Ahhhh, these photos are so beautiful! I’ve never grown flowers but that’s next spring’s project I think. This year was taken up with veg, but, next year – the pretties!

I have sweet peas now!! I read your recent post with the beeyooootiful photos of your sweet peas with great envy, wondering if mine (which I planted really late) would ever flower. And despite a revolting crop of greenfly which I’ve now got rid of, they have flowered. Not hugely, but enough to pick and put in a wee vase in my kitchen. The scent is making me aboslutely giddy with delight!
And guess what … It’s actually your book that made me plant them to start with. So, a million thank yous! (Sorry for the over-enthusiasm, think I’m drugged up on the smell of sweet peas or something heheh)
