It all started when...

I found a packet of sweet peas at the bottom of my Christmas stocking. Bored, I decided to put them in some earth and water them. They grew. I was amazed, and I've been gardening ever since. I then wrote The Virgin Gardener, all about gardening on a balcony which was quickly followed by Sweet Peas for Summer, which charts my journey planting a new garden.

I live in London with my Rotter of a husband and three children, and I try to carve out five minutes a day to spend in the garden, which I record on my Instagram.
